It seems like your database provider is not properly installed or configured. You may need to check and make sure the necessary database provider is installed on your system. Additionally, ensure your connection string is correct and points to the correct provider.
I am using Qlabel software and if I need to email label for client's review, but they are not able to open .ezp. Is there a possibility to convert labels into PDF files?

You have the possibility to create PDF files from the opened EZP ones. To do this, a virtual printer needs to be installed. There is a printer driver called CutePDF Writer and it installs as a virtual printer allowing you to print to PDF format. Access the download page and download the installer. Install the application while the Qlabel application is turned off, then open the EZB file and press the print icon. Choose CutePDF Writer from the printer list and finally click Print. You will be prompted save the file as PDF on a location of choice.
No, Qlabel is not natively supported on Chromebook as it is designed for Windows operating system. However, there might be alternative ways to achieve similar functionality on Chromebook.
